You know what really frustrates me?

Seeing players working hard but not seeing the benefits. Getting more and more frustrated, feeling like nothing will ever work for them.

 

They watch YouTube videos, save all the social media posts. Maybe even pay for generic programs that promise to make them faster, stronger, more explosive.


And some of it probably does work...for a bit. But here's what usually happens:


They start strong and feel great for a few weeks. Then life gets busy, the body starts acting up in ways the program (or random workouts) didn't account for, and they fall off.


There isn't a system or a structure in place to help with adjustments, and ensure they're on a path that will sustainably work for them.


If this sounds familiar, the problem isn't you. It's that you're training like everyone else when your body, your schedule, and your goals are unique.

 

Besides your unique needs, most programs don't prioritize mobility, tendon, or joint health - which is a massive blind spot.

That's what my 1-on-1 coaching is designed to help with.

You're tired of dealing with the same injuries every season - tight hamstrings, groin pain, knee issues, achilles problems that just won't quit.
 

You've put in the work but don't feel like it's translating to the field the way you hoped.
 

You're ready to invest in yourself and commit to a structured training plan (not just wing it and hope for the best).
 

You want a coach who's been there: someone who's played at a high level, dealt with the same injuries, trained 100s of players, and figured out what actually works long-term.

You're looking for a quick fix or magic solution. You're not broken, and I'm not a magician.

You're not willing to commit at least 3-6 months. Real progress takes time and consistency.

 

You want to just blindly follow everything without thinking. I coach and educate. I will definitely reduce your mental load so you don't have to think so much about training, but you still need to be a part of the process.

You're hoping I'll design a program you can ignore half the time and still get results. Not gonna happen.

Who I am

Hey, I'm Brian. I've been playing Ultimate competitively for 20+ years. I've been a strength & conditioning coach for 15 years and run over 20,000 in-person training sessions.


I've trained hundreds of Ultimate players online - in memberships, cohorts, and 1-on-1.


I've also made (almost) every training mistake you can imagine. I've overtrained and broken down. I've crushed my lifts, prioritizing strength over everything.

 

I've ignored mobility work until injuries and desperation forced me to learn and change. I've pushed through pain when I should've backed off.


I learned the hard way that effort isn't enough - you have to focus that effort in the right directions.


My approach is built on a foundation of mobility and joint health. This, combined with smart strength & conditioning is what's kept me and my athletes on the field long-term.


Now I'm 38, but I move better, feel better, and play better than I did throughout most of my 20s.


And it's not luck, it's a system. A commitment to consistent, sustainable training. And I can coach you through it 🤗
