You start strong. Feel great for a few weeks. Then life gets busy, your body starts acting up in ways the program didn't account for, and you fall off the program.


Or worse, you're dealing with an injury that the "one-size-fits-all" approach didn't see coming.


The problem isn't you. It's that you're training like everyone else when your body, your schedule, and your goals are unique.

You want someone to just blindly follow everything without thinking. I coach and educate. I will definitely reduce your mental load so you don't have to think so much about training, but you still need to be a part of the process.

Who I am

I'm Brian. I've been playing Ultimate competitively for 20+ years. I've been a strength & conditioning coach for 15+ years and run over 20,000 in-person training sessions.


I've trained hundreds of Ultimate players online - in memberships, cohorts, and 1-on-1.


I've also made every training mistake you can imagine. I've overtrained and broken down. I've crushed my lifts, prioritizing strength over everything.

 

I've ignored mobility work until injuries forced me to pay attention. I've pushed through pain when I should've backed off.


I learned the hard way that effort isn't enough - you have to focus that effort in the right directions.


My approach is built on a foundation of mobility and joint health. This, combined with smart strength & conditioning is what's kept me and my athletes on the field long-term.


I'm 38 now. I move better, feel better, and play better than I did in my 20s.


That's not luck, it's a system. And I can coach you through it.
