Why did I create Ultimate Mobility?
Because I know what it’s like to love Ultimate, but worry about how long your body will hold up.
Pain, injuries, and the fear of pain or injury used to define my athletic career — even while playing at the National level.
I worked harder than most, I trained more, and I followed the “right” training advice.
But I still felt beat up, stiff, and limited far too often.
Ultimate is a different beast than other sports, especially if you want to play hard, play often, and still feel good doing it.
That’s why, after 20 years in the sport and 15+ years coaching + training athletes, I built a different approach.
Over the last eight years, I’ve honed my system specifically for Ultimate players that prioritizes:

Now at 38, I feel more confident and free on the field than I did at 28. Not because I train harder, because I train smarter.
